As a natural seeker, 17 years ago in Brazil I found myself at my first yoga class, back in a time when Yoga was not that popular, yet that session gave me a deep feeling of bliss. This is when Yoga became part of my life and a journey to find my Higher Self began.
Since then I have been entirely devoted to my growth and evolution through the practice of Meditation, Healing Therapies and Yoga, which also includes breathing exercises, self-observation, and values to be followed. I want to inspire people to live a life full of positivity, happiness, and joy. I feel grateful and honoured for being in this path.

Sound therapy refers to a range of therapies in which sound is used to treat physical and mental conditions. Each organism has its own vibratory rate. Every organ, every bone, every cell in the body has its own resonant frequency. Together they make up a composite frequency like the instruments of an orchestra. When one organ in the body is out of tune it will affect the whole body.
Through the principle of resonance it is possible to use sound to bring the body back into harmony,
avoiding the need for drugs or surgery.
